2014 GL 450 4Matic
Subwoofer
I have a 2014 GL450 4Matic and would like to add a small subwoofer, maybe a slimline that fits into the spare tire compartment that takes up no Argo space. Any recommendations? How much space (inches) in spare tire compartment?

Even though your model is technically a different model than our X164's, I'd be surprised if you didn't already have a sub, as well. Mine is in the aft, starboard compartment. Check there for yours - or maybe read through your manual - it might tell you? It's got nice bass, but it's not like those jacked up Honda Civic's the kiddos ride around in where their stereo system is 10X more expensive than their car... and for some reason they like to wear out their tires prematurely by running them on the inside edges. Yeah, I'm sure THAT'S comfortable!
Guess you could always add another one? Not sure how you go about doing that, though.
As far as the "measuring" goes... Ummm... are you not able to measure your own compartment?
