Installing motor mounts on 2011 GL550

2009 GL450 SOLD / 2011 GL550 SOLD / 2013 GL450 current daily
Installing motor mounts on 2011 GL550
I feel vibrations when I put the car in drive, so it's most likely are motor mounts. Anyone know if it's straight forward (1. brace engine from underneath with floor jack 2. remove nuts on motor mount 3. lift engine with floor jack 4. swap out old motor mount for new motor mount 5. lower engine, tighten bolts to spec.

Or do you have to drop the exhaust and/or other things?

Is impossible to get access to the bolt on top of the mounts without removing the exhaust. And you have to lift the engine to be able to remove the mounts.
