GL320 Bluetec CANNOT Accelerate!
My GL320 2009 Bluetec has a big problem - can not accelerate. Sure it can.... from 0 mile to 30 mile, use 3 mins.
Things like this (time line..):
1, Five months ago, it got the famous "limp mode". When I climbed the bridge or up hill, the turbo looked like some problem. The rpm was limited to 2200, and the speed from 60 to 75 MPH will cost 3 mins. The faulty code showed turbo charge under boost, intake motor and intake port position problems.
2. In my garage, I took out the turbo out and check. The intake motor is broken. Then I changed a new one (bought from ebay, US local). I also did the carbon cleaning of the intake port and manifold at same time. But the result is still same - limp mode, cannot accelerate well, cannot climb "any uphill". The faulty code also showed intake port position problem, and two new things - soot of DPF is too high, the positive control deviation is too high.
3. I thought about the sensors problem. Then I changed the differential pressure, exhaust back, two intake MAP sensors. But the problem worsen now. Previously the car still can run in low speed, like from 0 to 40 MPH is normal. Now, it is very hardly accelerate from 0-20 MPH! A horrible buzz sound (like air pass a throttle sound) from the EGR valve, and louder accompany the pedal press deeper.
There are 5 codes now, shows below. But no one is about the EGR.
Is the EGR broken now? Help me! I am almost crying...already half a year....
I changed the diesel filter about 5 months ago (along with the oil and air filters). But the car stayed in the garage most of time during the 5 months...
I can only use my weekends for repairing.... so twice repairing used a long time...
