TSB Requested for 2009 GL550 Low Compression & Engine Valve Issues

Can someone please send me a link to the TSBs for a 2009 GL550 regarding low compression issues and engine valve issues damaging the cylinder head as my extended warranty company is trying to deny my repair claim stating that the cause of the low compression in cylinder #4 is due to the fact that the oil wasn't changed for 4,400 miles, which is a bunch of B.S.

My email address is: amr@icg-sj.com

Strange considering the recommended interval is 10k miles on synthetic.

In the Owner's Manual it states "1 year of 10k miles," in my case it was almost 22 months and 4.4k miles.

Your failure is not due to service interval issue, but they will deny coverage as you are over the required interval by 10 months.
