Replaced DPF sensor now P2463 code

I had check engine light saying I had a bad DPF sensor P1402 .. But now I have P2463.. When I replaced the sensor I am wondering if I really have a DPF soot issue of the DPF sensor I used maybe a problem.

The Old sensor was
0-281-006-025 MB A-007-153-61-28
The new sensor is a Bosch
0-281-006-278

I am thinking of getting some liquid Moly and try cleaning out the DPF or maybe just have DPF cleaned by one of the Sprinter shop locally as I don't have an SDS/Xentry tool to prompt a Regen.

Anyone have some feedback?

A followup but the part number

The commonly used PN: A642-905-0100 also refers to
OEM-Number
MERCEDES-BENZ A 642 905 01 00,
MERCEDES-BENZ A 006 153 95 28,
MERCEDES-BENZ A 007 153 61 28,
MERCEDES-BENZ A 006 153 49 28,
MERCEDES-BENZ 642 905 01 00
And lastly, 6429050100 also maps to Bosch 0-281-006-278
I am going to disconnect vacuum lines next from the Sensor and DPF and blow them out it is possible that they are clogged. Else I will try and shop vac and Liquid Moly the DPF .. IF that all doesn't work I may just get the ECU repogrammed and do a DPF bypass.
