Wife drives 2007 GL450. I noticed compressor running almost 100% of time and bought front airshocks, new comrpessor and airmantic valve. Sincecompressor and valve are within my expertise I changed myself. Once I installed, the new compressor wont even run. I put the old back in and it wont run. I found on the forum the relay and fuses and replaced the 40 amp and relay under the hood. What could I be missing that the compressor wont turn on? I'd gladly go back to the compressor running too much rather than not running at all. As of now all the airbags are deflated and car is not driveable.

Side note.- I sprayed the exisitng shocks with soap solution and saw no evidence of bubbles/leaks.

I’d go back and retouch every electrical connection I undid to get the old compressor out - they are a pain, requiring some one handed actions. Maybe it’s not seated fully.
