2008 GL320 broken stud air intake pipe

Hi, I have a 2008 GL320, anyone know what this stud is called, or have a part number? Trying to order a new one, but can't seem to find it. Had to remove the air intake pipe going to the turbo to replace the fuel filter hoses, and it broke trying to get it out.

I believe that's one of the studs that the plastic engine cover mounts to. But I also think that it holds the turbo inlet pipe in place, so you've got some work to do to remove what's left and replace it.

Yes, plastic engine cover bolt. And Sak is right that it's also holding the compressor pipe. First thing I would look at is whether it's really needed - sometimes there are plenty of other securement points where it would be just fine without it. I'm not looking at mine to verify one way or the other, but for something light like a compressor pipe, it may be OK without it.

BUT, in case it is not... it sounds like you don't use the engine cover? Which is fine. If so, remove the broken stud and just use a normal bolt to replace it. Heck, you can still use the plastic cover without that one "pin" - the cover will stay put just fine. If you really want to have that special bolt again, it would probably be easiest to just get it from a dealer - show them the pic and they'll do the rest.

FYI... start soaking that bolt now with PB Blaster before getting putting extractor on it.

Thanks for the reply's. I was just trying to order one online, since all this COVID-19 craziness started. But, I did not think of just using a normal bolt, I will try that if I can't find the part number for this one.
