GL320 Check Engine Light Diesel Injector Issues

GL320 Check Engine Light Diesel Injector Issues
Hello:
I have a 2006 GL320 here in Australia, Car has begun Shuddering/Missing under Load up hills etc.
I have connected the MaxiDAS Code Scanner and determined it has the following Engine Code
2146-4
Which states "Check the Component y76y6 (Cylinder 6 Fuel Injector) Signal Wire is Interrupted.
I've done my research in regards to Black Death etc.. Car hasn't really had any symptoms of that included Diesel Odors etc..
I have contacted a couple of independent specialists in the area but they are quite busy at the moment and won't be able to take a look at the Car for a Couple of weeks.
Does anyone have any experience with this or similar codes?
If the Injector needs to be replaced what sort of labour time is involved in getting to the Injector to have it replaced..
I've seen the Genuine Bosch Injector tends to go for around $400AUD here... Should I be replacing all 6?
Some further details.. Car has done approximately 265,000km.
Also when I plug the Code Scanner in it states under the Injector Coding etc that they have travelled 53,000km
Does this indicate that they may have been changed or is that s figure that's kept whenever someone does a Code/Recode for a Single Injector?
