2012 GL350 Bluetec Overheating and AC stopped working as well at same time
My 2012 Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec had a high temperature warning light come on the cluster. I have no codes on the SUV, But the AC stopped working as well right away. It is blowing hot air only. The engine was very hot as well. I checked the AC fuses and everything is ok. If someone can help me and figure it out why the SUV is overheating. What should i look for ?

Still high temperture on car when it is not even that hot and the car has been off
Ok an update I checked the fluid level they are ok up to level. THe car has been sitting overnight and is still reading 33 degree Celcius. It is not even that hot outside. Where is the temperature sensor on the 2012 GL350 Bluetec located. Can someone send me a picture please.

Noticed the Radiator fan is not turning on and not sure if there is a fuse for this fan or relay. Not sure. Also the AC is blowing hot air only, The coolant from the reservoir has a lot of back pressure and the fluid is not circulating. Need Help please

The GL320 will shut off AC on very high engine load or temperature conditions.
The only reason I know that is because I gave my GL320 the beans on one 0-60 run and wound up with no A/C for a day in the 110 degree desert.
It came back the next day as if by magic, or cruel fate, ****ty engineering or all of the above.
If you haven't checked the coolant level, do that.
If that's fine check for radiator blockage.
If that's fine have your car read for any codes and go from there.
Water pumps rarely fail without causing massive leaks so you should see this at step 1 if that's the culprit.
