Well , my 320 will start with ether . Not the best idea i know. Changed high pressure pump , drained all fuel put in new. New filter.

The hard start had gotten progressively worse. Now it does not want to start unless I have ether. This was over a period of a year. Temp has no effect it now lives in Texas. No codes now, prior I had low fuel rail pressure.

To me I feel timing is off. Oh I did change the timing belt tensioner . I have about 165000 miles.

Any Ideas?
