Strange "Clunk"

Strange "Clunk"
Hi all,
I've got a 2009 GLK 320 and I've recently had it in for a service. Whilst it had it's service, it received new front tyres, a new offside front brake caliper and a new suspension air pump.
Since getting it back I've noticed a discernible "clunk" through the footwell and accelerator pedal when I pass about 27 mph. My better half in the passenger seat says she can feel it through the footwell there too.
It happens (almost) every time you accelerate from zero through 27mph - sometimes it seems to be about 30mph, but it's always around that figure. It doesn't happen if you drop from say 40 down to 10 then accelerate again, only from zero.
I've had it back to the garage that services my car and whilst they too can feel the "clunk", they can't find any play in the suspension or steering geometry.
Any ideas what could be causing it?
Thanks
Pete
