Car not level, Airmatic working fine.

The car is just a little off level.

No errors showing, car raises and lowers fine.
Car does not lose air when sitting.
How do you find out which corner sensor is bad.

Is there a calibration process?

Yes, but you need Star Diagnosis to make this, there is a menu at Chassis -> Airmatic -> automatic level adjustment.

Do you need to calibrate new sensors, or I replace the one (or more) I think might be bad, are new ones usually close enough?

Do you know any one in the Charlotte NC area with a Star system?

Before you replace anything, pop each plastic arm off and clean the cup and the ball. Make sure the sensor arm moves freely. Then put the plastic arm back on with some grease. One of the black, plastic arms may just be getting hung up a bit from rust/corrosion/debris in the ball-socket joint.

As Dennis said, check those little plastic arms. I found the ball coupler where they mount was seized and because those arms are weak rubber they would just bend and not set the sensor to the correct position. I popped them off, cleaned, and lubricated them with some grease and the rig sits level now.
