Found oil leak from this part. What's it??

Found oil leak from this part. What's it??
I put UV dye in the engine to find a leak. Found a trace of leak from this spot around one of the pulley below oil filter housing. Not sure what's this part is called? I want to be able to find more information on repair and communicate with mechanic correctly.

Please advise.

The usual leak in that area ... if you have gas rather than diesel ... is the interface between oil cooler and oil filter housing.
