I pulled out my passenger side seat to remove the pump. I remove the protective rubber and to my surprise, there is not access cover or manhole to get to the fuel tank. Anyone else run into this?

I looked at parts diagrams and only see the part number below for rear floor and all have access covers.

Had to drop the tank to replace them which included disconnecting the drive shaft and exhaust. I wonder if this is a 2012 only thing for x164s.
