Auto Wiper sensor died
This is the second time my auto wiper sensor died when the battery has died.
The first time the alternator died so I figured it might be related to jumpstarting the car.
This time I just recharged the battery and found it dead.
Anyone else have a similar problem?

That's really strange. I think it's because MB (trying to be cheap) used the sensor from a gasser and it doesn't stand up to the increased power of the diesel... 
But seriously... could it maybe just be a programming thing? I honestly don't know - just talking out loud there.

Well last time I bought a new (used) sensor off ebay and swapped it and all was good.
Yes, I try unplugging it, starting the car, then shutting the car off then plugging back in, and restarting the car (hardest reset I could think of) to no availe.
Did the same things this time. $30 and seems to be working fine.
No coding required.
Just wonder why mine are sensitive to bad voltage.
