Missing interior parts
I have a 2007 x164 but the previous owner removed/lost some interior parts.... I can't really imagine the reason why these bits are missing, but I am trying now to put things back together. I checked the parts catalogue, but to be honest I am not sure what part numbers I should be looking for. So I am asking you for an advice.
- The first piece is insulation or carpet below the second row seats. The wiring shouldn't be exposed like this and to be honest, a lot of noise is coming from under the seats.... so what is missing here? :-)
- The second missing part is under the front passenger footwell lining (there is some fiberglass floor board and I am missing some ?plastic? part that is in the front of the footwell.
I will try to find the missing parts on ebay, but I need to know what I should be looking for.... :-) Thanks for any help! :-)
However, under the middle seat... when you lift the seat, you first see a piece of matching carpet that also has some foam backer to it. Once that piece is removed, there is more foam just sort of stuffed in there on top of the electronics. This foam is nothing special - you could buy it anywhere. With that in mind, though, I don't think I'd go looking for the carpet piece. Just get some nice, dense foam and cut some pieces to lay in/around the electronics. Then cut a piece to lay over all of that.

But the front passenger footwell bothers me...
I am looking at this:

do you think, the parts I am looking for are #10? But it's shape doesn't fit....
