Now just one GL450 with EORP.
There’s an actual key in the key fob.

Use the actual mechanical key in the fob to open the driver door.

I’d suggest replacing the auxiliary battery as well when you replace the main battery.

My auxiliary battery is original to the car. Not sure how it has lasted 15 years but it's still ticking. But, yeah, not bad advice to change.

Spray a bit of lubricant in the keyhole. WD-40 should do the trick if you don't have white lithium grease spray or something. I'm guessing it's seized since it's probably never been used.

Then stick the key in and work it back and forth a few times. It should start loosening up.

DarthVaderPA provided instructions.

You turn the key and hold it there and pull the handle. Pulling the handle should pop the lock...at least according to those instructions posted above.
