AEM and Payments
I have owned a 2012 Mercedes GL350 since ordering the vehicle new in 2012 in Pleasanton, Ca. I began the process with jumping aboard the AEM lawsuit brought against Mercedes a year or two ago and to date, my vehicle doesn’t have an “AEM” fix available for it. I’m being informed there will possibly be an “AEM” remedy available in the 4th quarter of 2021 but here we are and nothing yet!
Has anyone received any settlement checks for their vehicles and how long is Mercedes going to keep dragging this on? My question is if Mercedes is unable to construct a fix for my 2012 GL350 is there a possibility Mercedes may begin a buy back process?

Yes, if they can't fix, I would imagine they will have to buy them back. You have two things in your favor here - the socialist state of California and the US EPA.
