Is it just the Radio, or are other inputs affected as well (CD, Sat, Nav)?
If it's just the radio then you likely have a circuit board issue on the Head Unit. Test/swap with a known-good head unit to confirm.
If it affects all other inputs then you check your Amplifier for water intrusion/damage (it's located under the driver's seat carpeting).
