Strange Buzzing-like sound HELP
A mechanic made us change the steering pump because he said this was the source, after changing, still doing it, any ideas?

Well first off, go back to the mechanic and tell him to fix it properly. If you paid for a new pump and that wasn't the issue, then he didn't do his/her job.
As for the sound, kinda hard to hear it. Does it change when you rev the engine? Does it make the sound when in Park and just idling? Does it change when the AC is on or off?
