Front wheel bearing

Everything going smooth replacing front wheel bearing UNTIL I get to the hub??? Everything looks like factory stuff with 78,000 miles and it is hard to believe someone would put this hub into a $80k vehicle??

Was it hard to press the old bearing out, or did you take it to a shop for that?

I have a press and no they usually come out pretty easy… I keep spraying kroil oil while I am pressing them out. I had to drive 100 miles to buy the new hub this morning . I still can’t believe MB installed that. The bad casting had been welded up and you can see the original machine score lines across the whole process.
