Hi All- I'm troubleshooting this code, and rapidly reaching wit's end. I've replaced the pump itself, the bank A check valve and the switchover to no avail. I think I have replaced the relay for the pump, but there are multiple opinions as to which is the correct part. Am I missing somethink obvious? I recently found reference to an air injection valve, but dont't know what this is or where to find it. Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that today. Is there a spec or part number on the relay?

You will see the part number on the relay.. any questions take a picture of your fuse/relay box and post it.

Are you using a generic code scanner?

Do you have a check engine light that corresponds to secondary air injection?

Do you hear the pump operating at cold starts?


MB star with developer mode gives you the ability to just code that stuff out as it does really nothing for you anyway.
