2011 GL350

Dash Lights Issue

My 2011 GL 250 just had the dreaded oil cooler seal replacement for the 2nd time. Upon getting the car back, I started getting messages on my dash telling me that every tail light--brakes, turn signals, etc.--are out. They are not out and all are properly working. This doesn't happen at the start, but only when I touch the brakes or use a turn signal. What could be the issue? Does anyone have this happen? I'm OK at DIY, but haven't tackled any electric issues yet.

Also, read back through some earlier posts, but haven't seen anything specific to this issue yet. If there are any, would appreciate someone pointing me there.
