Wheel Adapters

Hello everyone,

There are 2 rims that i am interested in putting on my 2007 glk450. The only problem is the bolt patterns for these rims are 5 x 139.7 and 5 x 114.3. Is it possible to add a hubcentric adapter so that the rims fit or is it advisable to not add adapters? IF, it is safe to add adapters, does anyone have any recommendations for a manufacturer to go with?

I came across some adapters but the three center bore was 60.1 and I think the glk is 66.6.

You've posted in the GL forum. You may have better luck posting in the correct GLK forum.

Bolt pattern adapters usually need to be at least 20mm (3/4") thick. Be sure your wheel offset is accounted for and the resulting wheel location doesn't create an interference problem.

3/4 thick isnt tooooo bad. but im finding a problem finding adapters for either 5 x 114 or 5 x 120. Im aware of the 66.6 bore. anyone have a site that i can look into to finding adapters? especially with the 66.6 bore. Ive been looking for 2 days now.. just about tempted to throw away the idea of adapters and just get something that is 5 x 112. the only thing is i can get other rims with different bolt pattern alot cheaper.

Some shops such as customwheeladapters.com will make adapters to order. They might be able to do what you need.
