I am ordering my GL350 next week and cannot find the special order options online. When I ordered my 2012 ML I found them pretty easily. I have the June revision on the order guide, but no special order options are in there. Does anyone have one they can share with me? Thanks so much!

They are not easy to find AND....seem to change at the disrection of MB....during my order process, I was told that "heated rear seats" are now a special order option! Another one is a heated windshield washer tank, also... i think there is an option to order Auburn colored leather as a special option ( apart from the regular desgino option )

Thanks. There was also a satin ash wood that was available when I was ordering my 2012 ml that I really like.

Yeah, you're going to have to talk to a salesman. Heated rear seats were not a special order for me, but heated windshield washer fluid and NightAssist were.

There's also the Bang & Olufsen Sound System for $6,400, Designo interior options for $6,800 (or around there)...

Are 2nd row side sunshades on the regular option list? That may be a special order option as well perhaps around $300.

It's not on a regular order list but I saw on a special order list somewhere online for around $300, maybe $380.

I would also appreciate anyone who could post the listing. Even when discussing ordering, the dealers I've been talking to just seem to steer me towards the normal options. But if ordering might as well get some unique stuff right?

That's exactly what happened to me when I ordered my 2012 ML Blutetc. Until I found these forums :-). Someone had a complete list off all of the options as well as the special order items so when I went to actually place the order I had all of the information and options numbers I needed and got exactly what I wanted...

Yes I agree so much. That's the whole point of ordering the car- getting the spec that you want. Don't let the dealer steer you into more simple options or an off the lot car. I want it with the unique options that are cool and generally not something you'll see other cars with.

I think you're right, it may have been $380. I just couldn't recall the exact figure.

I don't know if I had the order guide for the GL. I think I saw the rear shade from the ML guide.
