Panoramic roof and Parking Assist tied to other options?

Panoramic roof and Parking Assist tied to other options?
Was at the dealer last night to order a GL450 and it seems they could not delete the Panoramic Roof or select Parking Assist Pkg (kept defaulting to Parktronic. Does anyone know if those two are tied to anything else?
Options on the car are to be:
Lunar Blue/Grey MB-Tex
P01 Pkg
wood/leather steering wheel
Lighting Pkg
Keyless Go
Parking Assist Pkg
Lane Tracking Pkg
3 Zone Climate Control
Rear Entertainment Pkg
Power Easy Entry 2nd Row
Trailer Hitch
Rear Sunshades
Heated Washer bottle

This is not true. One does not depend on the other one and can be ordered separately.

Those two options were limited availability for awhile, but it seems like they're ordering them fine now. Wonder if it could be related to that?
