Ordering Designo, is leather option required?
When ordering the Designo option is the $1,620 leather seat option required ?
I got a a printout from a dealer for the 350 with all the options I want including the Auburn Brown Designo but there was a charge for (201) Black Leather $1620 I didn't ask for.

You have to have 201 leather in order to upgrade to designo leather. You cannot upgrade from ARTICO (MB-Tex) to designo Nappa.
So yes, you have to pay for both.

Nuts, thanks for the info. I never encountered that requirement when building out the options on sites like usaa, Costco and alike so thought I better get a second opinion.
