Overall a really good review by Consumer Reports. I definitely agree with this quote: "The GL is not only the best riding SUV we've ever tested, its ride is among the best of any vehicle period. It swallows upbumps and ruts with very muted impacts. Low-speed road imperfections and uneven surfaces result in minimal body motion, with just a slow and gradual lateral sway. The highway ride is very smooth, with a serene, steady and composed cruise."
However, I do not like how they claim unresponsive emergency handling is a problem. Luckily, I have not had an emergency yet, but hope it is not that bad. Seems like it handled great in the snow.
