2008 mercedes benz gl 450 Rear Seat Entertainment system
Hi,
Looking for help. my two little grand-kids
can not watch any DVD movies on the rear video system anymore. looking for help so i can sleep at night.
I jump started my daughter car, and after that the rear entertainment system was not working anymore. There is no power to the monitors in the bach and also the DVD disk is in the player and i guess because on not having power i can not take it out.
I believe it my be a blown fuse, not sure but wanted to see if i can save some money now that i am a 72 year old retired nurse.
Your help will be...well received.

Where the spare tire is, there is a little paper folded in the tire iron area that contains information about fuses and their locations. You may want to take that to an auto part store on a slow day and ask them to help you change the fuse.
Also it is not a good idea to use jumper cable with newer cars as it can damage the electronics, as you have found out evidently.

Thank you very much, i realy appreciate you trying to help me. I will listen to your advice in the future no more jumps even if George Clooney is in need of help, if you get my drift.
