2013 GL450
First problem at 6k miles - soft close
Still loving it but the passenger side door no longer soft closes. I've read the threads on this issue (doesn't seem widespread relative to the rear door latch issue). Hoping its an easy fix. Anyone else have experience with this?

If you have a 2013 GL450 - most likely all it will need is dealer system/online reset - if something "trip" the security/anti-jam/safety feature - then soft close will be offline on that door until dealer/reset/no-charge

This is the only problem I've had on my 2013 GL350. I have 37K on mine now. Mine happened within the 1st year, they replaced the soft close motor, no issues since.
