Can you confirm again that 468 Active Curve at $2,900 INCLUDES option 214 for Adaptive Damping System?
My dealer said 214($800) is required for 468. So total $2,900+$800=$3,700

The 350 doesn't include the adaptive damping and you need to add both to get active curve (you can add just adaptive damping if you want though). It was definitely +3,700 to add it to my order (plus the 250 special order fee if you don't already have something that is special order). The 550 already includes the adaptive damping so it would be less to add it to that one.

My dealer couldn't locate "848 Power Rear Quarter Windows ". I guess it is included in MY14GL as in MY13GL

My 350 came with the power rear quarter windows. I think it was either included or it is part of P-01 package.
I also have the cup cooler/warmer, also standard now I think.
Although I did not order them, I did also get the "power easy entry" rear seats. $400 bucks. It was rolled into my final "negotiated" price so I paid for it anyway. I suppose it is a bit handier for someone in the rear who doesn't want to wrestle with opening the seats, but you still have to be a bit of an MMA wrestler to close them again as that remains manual.

2014 GL350
Took delivery of my GL 350 today. It turns out there wasn't too much of a delay for the Designo. It also turned out that even though my dealer tried to cancel the power easy entry, that was included so it seems like I will be looking for a way to modify those headrests.
The car itself looks great with Palladium and Auburn Brown and drove great on a little trip today.

Congratulations Patrick, Do you not get the "sport" brakes in the U.S,? the Palladium silver looks great as well, it was my first choice but not available for 2013!@!@ I don't understand why a market like the U.S does not get the AMG package for the 350 and 450......

Does anyone know if the IR (Infrared Glass) option has been removed from the Special Order list? Or is it now standard like on the S class?
We ordered it in our 2011 GL450 and it really reduces the cabin temp during hot summer days.

Thanks - nope, no option for "sport" brakes in the US and I wish they offered that AMG package on the 350 here in the US. They certainly would have gotten more money out of me...

Just a heads up, my 2014 GL450 didn't come with the power hinged/rear quarter windows. I had assumed it was a standard feature so it wasn't on my order's build list, my salesperson also told me it was standard, but apparently not. Be sure to add it onto your order if you want it!

My 2014 GL350 had the power rear windows auto added along with the rear side airbags. I did not request these, glad they were added since I assumed they were standard...

Just took delivery of this 1 week ago. Love the car and especially the interior color. We had a 90 degree and humid spell the last few days, the back cooled down well without the 3-Zone climate. I don't know how well the 3rd row climate regulates yet. We appear to have gotten rear air bag and power rear quarter windows at no charge...the control is on the lower driver door by the rear hatch button.

So my question is, does it have the rear quarter windows? I noticed it wasn't on your build you put earlier in the thread.
I ask because I have a order in but don't see it on my build sheet. I am hoping yours has them!! Our 2008 GL has them and we use them all the time
