Where is battery located?
I noticed that only jumpstarting/charging poles are located under the hood and battery is either somewhere in the rear of the car?

2013 GL450
Under the front passenger seat. But, I believe there is another one somewhere as well that provides some sort of auxiliary power.

Steve's got it, under the passenger seat. There is a small auxiliary battery which allows the car to be taken out of park with the electronic shifter. That battery has moved around over the years, I think it's under the seat as well, but not positive.
