Multicontour Front Seats

Hi guys, so I'm still waiting delivery for my GL63, I know the GL comes with the multicontour front seats, but the question is when I tried out my friend's GL500 today to check the car out it seems the multicontour seats in the GL does not pump out during corners like the S63 I have, in fact I can't find the screen to activate it in the comand seat options, where can the active lumbar support be activated?

in the GL 550 or any GL with multi contour seats the lumbar/ seat side and seat surface setting comes up when you go to seats in settings or press the massage seat feature.. then scroll left and select driver/passenger and next select which area and simple move of the command ring will increase or decrease it-- its all pumped in or out..
seems like the same concept for the massage feature--

I think CSH is talking about something else. I drove a CL63 once and it had the sides go up and down by themselves especially when you make a turn

Yeh Sam you're right I meant the pump up support during cornering, I was just wondering since I believe they both have the same hardware right? So the difference is just how it's communicating with the comand system? I was just wondering is it actually possible to somehow "enable" that feature in the comand screen or through the dealer's service computer? :P

As stated the difference is the "active" vs. just dynamic. I was a little disappointed coming from the active on my E class, but the 350 doesn't lend its self to spirited driving like the 63.

There should be a shortcut though to the right of the command wheel to get to the activation screen.
