MB service - fixing one thing, braking another :)
On Saturday - dropped my car off at our dealership to change rotors. After 3 hours they said job is done, come pick up the car. Got my car, drove it home and parked for 2 days. Monday morning wife comes to the car to open doors - the car is dead...no lights, no any signs of life. I love MB service

My radio was off - I'm sure. I called to roadside assistance and they said probably service people messed up something. Anyway, tomorrow morning they will come to pick it up ....whatever they do as long as it works and my wife is happy - I'm happy

Electronics are wonderful until they decide to follow their own logic! I had a first year VW Taureg .... was dead in the driveway, no lights, no start, etc......THEN , it started itself!!! Dealer had it for two weeks....could not figure it out! Traded it in a hurry!

MB Roadside came and started the car. Interior lights was always on and there is no way to turn them off. Also, when I drive the car - display shows that front passenger door is opened. Also the same door window does not go down, also Blind spot assist message says it does not work. Dealer said door computer module failed. I never knew this module even exists ) The car at the dealer second day waiting for parts and meanwhile driving KIA Sorento as a loaner

i used to use the pick up and drop off option. now I think i'll go pick it up myself. every time it goes in for service, it comes back with a scratch. now i'll check before i drop it off and before i leave from the dealership.
