Active lane keeping "Inoperable"
Got this warning in orange in the display.... so....on a hunch, went to the front of the vehicle and looked at the the lens in front of the star and the camera just below it.....sure enough, after yesterday's 500 mile trip, enough bug splat that the system said "can't see" and shut down. Cleaned it all off and .... all is well!

As noted here by a fellow "founding member" of the GL bunch..... I have may have subjected my 13 GL450 to "physical abuse" Thanks Jim
sooooo.....starting yesterday: first a trip to the local wand wash, then the local "brushless automatic, followed by a hand wash by me.....finally, a full Zaino treatment...she's looking as good as my showroom signature picture! ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Two 1000 mile bug splat trips and 7 weeks of Vermont dirt roads DID make for a lot of work!!! That being said..... the finish on this GL is better than on anything I have subjected to the same "abuse" in the past 40 years!
