Hi everyone.it's 2011 Mercedes GL450 4matic. I used to get alerts before a stop sign like it would beep. And now it doesn't do that anymore just the sensor lights turn on. I want it to beep again. Also for the parking sensor is there a way to adjust the range? I took it to the dealer and they want to pick up the car. And that's gonna cost me. I even wiped the sensor areas. Can anyone help?

We have a 2016 GL450 and the wife refers to it as the "nanny mobile". Blind spot detection always goes nuts in double turn lanes because the signal is on, someone is next to you, and you're turning the wheel in their direction. I also get the beeps at intersections. Most often it occurs as someone is approaching the intersection at a red light while I'm passing through on the green. The car seems to be letting me know this is happening in case the other vehicle runs the light. I've also had it beep when there is absolutely no threat to us whatsoever.

I'll likely never use the parking assist and have come to ignore the blue square with the P at low speeds.

I’m having this beeping noise in my mercedes s 550 2014 and A digital picture of the car displays on the left digital dash showing no direct errors or hints at the issue. When applying the brakes the car either shoot into park while rolling or at a complete stop the car will just go into park. Not sure what's going on.

sounds like it thinks your drivers door is open and it wants to shift into park. Could be a bad door sensor. My 2015 GL 550 does that if I open the door to get out if still in drive.

My car beeps exactly three times every three minutes..no display. I made an appointment with the dealer but I am afraid this will run me in the $$ as they try to find the problem. Help!
