Well that was a fun read 
Isn't the only real annoyance a prolonged wait for the delivery of the vehicle. I don't get all the drama and inserted fiction and denigrating talk regarding delivery drivers or in affect anyone who performs a service job by the sound of it...
It's just a car that something has happened to, you'll get another one...so except for the delay, why the drama?

Sorry to hear about your story. I had no idea our GL550, GL450 are in this kind of demand. I guess I'm glad I only have a lowly, stinky-diesel GL350. Nobody is interested in it at all. Supermarket parking-lot soccer moms won't even look at it! I'm pretty sure the 350's must be invisible.
