I just got my car back from Mercedes & they are asking 12,000$ to fix my car!!! The warranty has expired over a year ago, so now I am stuck

Can someone please price the following work, I just want to know how much I should be paying:
-Transmission service
-Replace power steering rack & pump & reservoir (filter clogged)
-rear ball joint
-replace 3 tires out of 4
-Replace front & rear pads & rotors
-replace all 4 level sensor rods (rusted)
-Engine air filters to replace
-Spark plugs

More information is needed. What year is your GL? Where do you live, US? For the amount of work you are needing, I'm betting you are in the wrong GL forum. You need to be in the X164GL forum.

Not an expect but I am assuming the steering rack, pump and resivior is going to be expensive.
Why would you get only 3 new tires? Did you recently replace 1?
I would definitely get a 2nd opinion from and Indy shop and possibly another dealer as well.
