Network connection issues
The first two weeks I had my GL, the data/internet connection worked fine. But then suddenly it stopped connecting and now I can't get online at all. Navigation, Sirious Weather, MBrace, valet protect, etc. all still work. It's just when I try to use apps, the web browser, or MB mobile site. I've connected to MB from the help button and they've resent some signal codes but it still won't connect. They told me to bring it in, but I haven't had time with Christmas coming up.

Sure, get the dealaer to fix the particular issue, but "internet" connection is slooowwww, it's the state of in-vehcile technolgy for all brands at the moment - much more dedicated tech in smart-phones and consumer hot-spot routers..

I wish they would just allow the vehicle screen to mirror my smartphone screen. For nav, apps, text, video, etc. Is there any way to get video to the front screen from your ipod? I can just get audio.

Please understand the state of smartphone connectivity - is unfortunately limited by two things - 1st Apple limits what can/cannot be done, and even for major applications such as automotive industry gets to be very-very standoffish, 2nd - increasing change in the perspective of Federal and State driver safety perception - for example front video is not allowed for driver screen when in motion - whether ophone or DVD
