When I ordered this option, I expected a full function massage but have been disappointed. The 4 settings, slow,fast, vigorous, etc are barely distinguishable and are minimal in intensity. I am disappointed. My local dealership tested the seats and said they were operating as expected.

Any input and comments from anyone else ?

I have them as well. Not special but nice to put on occasionally for a long drive.

Its the same thing in all MB vehicles with but probably better in the new S-class with stone massage! I had the option on mine and cancelled it after I tried in in a CL550.

Yeah that's pretty much it, nice for longer drives but not like a true massage chair with the rollers, its just the airbags inflating and deflating.

On my E and I assume on the S, they label it as dynamic and the sides of the seats hug you during sharp turns etc. but on the SUVs it's just back massage.
