Another wheel question/will it fit

Guys I'm pretty sure this has been covered here but I need a quick answer as I might have to pull this trigger tomorrow so here goes, My wife's 2012 R350 just got T boned while I was driving it (cause of the snow) and it's a total loss
I've been looking at replacing it with a 2013 GL 450 I found at my local dealer, it's got almost every option I want, it's the right color combo, Diamond White/Black gut, the pp1 package, the lights package, appearance package and so on, it's got 8k miles on it and it's almost a even swap with the ins co is paying on the R, my only hang up is my R has the factory AMG 20" 5 spoke wheels and the ones on the GL are the fugly 19". So the million dollar question will the factory AMG 20" fit properly on the GL? Do they have the right offset. I'm not ordering a new car where I can just upgrade to the 5 spoke 21" I would love to be able to swap the 19's off the GL and put the 20" AMG off the totaled R they are 275/45/20 or close to that and my adjuster is cool and said if I end up. Using them we will just adjust the ACV actual cash value of the car and the salvage company will just pick it up on the 19. Please this is supposed to all happen tomorrow anybody here know if the 20" AMG from an R 350 will fit and work on the 2013 GL 450. I think the offset is 50 on 20's And if I had to use spacers I'm not opposed, I got 15mm spacers on my 2012 E63 stock wheels and they look great, thanks in advance

Offsets

Ok I found out today that the 20" five star upgraded rim available for the GL has a 41mm offset and the R rim is 61 anyone know if I could make it work with 20mm spacers from H&R. Any help would be appreciated

Seems like adding spacers would work then, how about a quick call to a dealer for advice?

Where do you think I got these offset numbers. But honestly they don't know there is way more knowledge on here
Can anyone confirm that the larger the offset number the more the wheel is inboard, away from the fender and quarter panel

The parts department should have or be able to get a list of MB Engineer approved MB wheels for the GL. I personally wouldn't want to use any other wheels to ensure the car performs as expected.
I have a set of 20" winter wheels (the car came with 21") and I had a choice of 3 different rims.
