Tire Valve Stem Cap

My GL550 finally came in yesterday and today I noticed that the tire valve stems have green plastic caps. Is something missing? IMO they look terrible, although it took me 24 hours to notice!

This is a total guess, but does the dealer put in the nitrogen fill and this is a way to indicate you have 'special' air in your tires?

Yes - Green caps indicate nitrogen fill. You can replace with anything that Nanook posted but make sure they are made of either plastic or aluminum. Caps made with other metals may interact with the aluminum valve stem and corrode on there, making removal difficult at best. Ask me how I know.
