Guys:

I had a sales guy provide me with a list of the available special options and I've read in a few other threads in this forum that the wrapped lower dashboard option is one to get. Here's the question though:

Why does it say "MB-Tex Wrapped?" Is it always MB-Tex wrapped even if you get the beige leather, or does beige leather already wrap it with leather?

If I need to get it with the beige leather, does the fact it's MB-Tex clash with the leather or are the textures pretty much the same?

No worries - however, so you know production availability is "limited" - so consider yourself fortunate if it is available for your PO - and if not - check back with dealer once a wekk before order locks down to see it becomes available for order add-on - after lockdown no add-on possible

We have Auburn and Black Leather with ventilated seats With the Satin Ash wood and the Lower Dash Wrapped in MB Tex. It's a nice addition to the interior and definitely looks better that the typical plastic lower dash. The stitching is really nice.

What I'm not understanding here is........when I ordered my 13 GL450 i ordered leather AND the LEATHER wrapped lower dash!? Are you saying if you order leather , the only option is the MB TEX wrap??

FYI on the limited availability. A couple weeks back I tried to add U09 to my GL550 in 3rd decade March but it was unavailable. I followed up yesterday and it still remains unavailable.

Plan ahead!

YES, It's MB Tex on the lower dash. It was only $300. What did you you pay for the Leather Wrapped Lower Dash? Are you SURE it's real leather?

As far as I know only Designo gives you real Leather everywhere.
