Where is the correct fuse box?

Where is the correct fuse box?
My cigarette lighter up front is not working and pretty sure a fuse is blown. I think it is fuse 46 from searching but where is the actually fuse box located? I do not think it is the one under the hood or to the right of the glovebox and thinking there is another one somewhere?

There is a fuse box under the second row seat, on the drivers side. In my case, the fuse box also had a fuse chart in the box, which I immediately made several copies of. I would guess your cigarette lighter fuse is there, they seem to have most of the interior fuses in this box.
