It seems that MB is feeling out the market for a non-diesel high(er) mpg offering in the V6 -- I would have thought they were well-positioned with the diesel. Maybe the V6 is more of a price point. I went with the 550 because the 450 pricing overlapped the 550 if you started to add in the more expensive options and I figured (no real science or proof) that resale would favor the 550, plus I wanted the extra neddies under the right foot, just for the fun of it. I wonder if anyone has tabulated all the 2015 numbers to lay out that overlap.
I really wish MB offered some fresh colors -- I'd like a dark grey without getting the steel grey again.
