Wondering whether new GL will come out like this with ML.
GL got the brand new design one year later than ML.

Am I right in assuming that COMAND would be completely touch or steering wheel or puck controlled? I am thinking the unit below the display is for climate control, but maybe they moved climate control somewhere else and that's the command buttons?

I personally like integrated displays, and think this display looks like an add on. But that's just me.

My main hope is not so much looks as function. I would love to see COMAND become leading edge (Mirrorlink, touch, awesome phone integration, dynamic maps, custom POI, etc).

 

Mercedes wont go touch screen, its a big no-no for them. Touch pad and buttons are likely, like in the S-class.
