I recently had to replace a fuse in my 2014 GL350. I noticed that all the blade fuses have a 's' post-fix. The fuse allocation chart has a statement that it is important to replace the fuses with another 's'-series fuse.
I went to several auto-parts stores in town and they looked at me like I had some strange growth coming out of my head. No one seemed to have an idea what the 's' means and I have no luck finding these items online.
I eventually went to the dealer and purchased one from them.
So I have two questions:
1) What the heck does the 's' mean? (other than make dealer $)...
2) Is there another place to purchase these than at my dealer?
