I'm a little confused about this package.

468 ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM $2,900
214 : Adaptive Damping System (SPC)
468 : ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM

Does the price $2900 already include everything? or I need to pay another $800 for the 214 ADS?

Thanks

Well... what part of the MY15 order guide is unclear ?

If you are looking at AC - then well worth the look for On/Off Road as combo..

Would like to ask advice on active curve.

I am getting deals on 2 types; the first has active curve but misses out on luxury seats/360 camera/temp controlled cupholder/rear dvd ETC. The second does not have active curve but is well equipped otherwise.

So my question is:
Is Active Curve the sort of option that feels like a must have once you have tried it?
If so, it may make sense to not test drive the one with Active Curve and simply take the other one with more options?

Certainly individual preference. I have active curve & on/off road on 20145 GL550 and am very pleased. For a large vehicle, it handles very well. It replaces a Land Cruiser which while virtually indestructible, does not handle nearly as well. The 550 comes with most options, but we added both active curve & on/off road + design, etc.

Simply a great car. One caution about GL-and it probably applies to most new cars, wouldn't want to own it off warranty. Had to replace left front headlamp unit due as it occasionally did not activate. To replace, the front wheels, grill and bumper had to be removed.

get the one without curve control but loaded otherwise, unless you can find one, and want to spend the money on one that has both.

If you drive your GL550 like a madman, like me, you'll appreciate Active Curve.
If you drive like a little old woman, you won't miss it.
If you're somewhere in between, well, take them both for a spin and see what you need.
