2014 gl 450 - dangling noise and feeling at front at low speed or speed bumper

2014 gl 450 - dangling noise and feeling at front at low speed or speed bumper
I have a 2014 gl 450 ran about 7000 miles. At low speed on irregular road surface or going over the speed bumper, I can hear dangling noise at front. I can even feel it through steering wheel It seems the noise coming from behind paddles or steering wheel. .
It sounds and feels like a horizonal rod (sorry for being ignorant about terminology ) that connects front right and left wheels is like not secured. Took it to dealer, and the dealer sated that no issue on suspension... I think they need to open the bottom plate cover below and check what causes this dangling noise.
Did anyone have same experience.
