Does anyone have an opinion on this? Does anyone know what the APR is?

Three thoughts:

1) Great build

2) FWIW, Keyless GO is included with Package #1 for 2015 but is a stand-alone option for 2014. Shop carefully if this is a "must have" item on a 2014.

3) DO NOT get the power folding 2nd row seats if you plan to use child car seats or have pre-teen children or plan to seat short(er) adults in the 2nd row. The 2nd row headrest can be an issue (thread). If any of the above is not a consideration, then go for it.

350's are in short supply so I would bet there's no incentives.

That's a standard lease offer. You never want to put an enormous down payment on a lease (you can lose it if its stolen or totaled). So reduce your down payment, and negotiate your monthly.

The standard lease is I believe for 7500mi/yr and for an MSRP of ~$69k.

Ask the dealer for a screen shot of the lease. You will want to know / see what the sales price is (you can negotiate this and it effects your lease payment), what your adjust cap cost is (so you can see how much you are putting down, what other fees are being charged (so they aren't adding anything they shouldn't be, what the residual is (this should be set by zombie) and what the money factor is (MF - to make sure they are not adding onto the basic rate - multiply this by 2400 and it gives you the interest rate).

Why don't you get all that - they can email you a screen shot - and then let's talk.

I agree - I never put money down. It increases the payment but net/net it doesn't change how much you pay - you want as little of your own cash in the car if you are leasing.

Hi i dint see where you from but if you are from the states and you can add active curve i would so do it.
i have a 2015 350 but that option is only avail her on GL 63. Also Advanced drivers assist very important. some say they dont use it or want a better experience but its very imp for resale. its all about technology

Thanks all.

Another question....

Have you guys traded-in your current cars for a lease? Is this an ok practice? I did some numbers on Edmunds and it brings the monthly cost down significantly.

Trade-ins always complicate the deal because you have to negotiate on two cars versus just one. But I know a lot of people have, so as long as you get numbers you're comfortable with, it's fine.

Negotiate the purchase price of the new vehicle first, then tell them you have a trade-in, and negotiate the trade-in value separately. Otherwise, it's a shell game.
